Miniature Shetliots are a cross of Mini Cheviots and Shetlands. Shetliots combine the best of both worlds! They are small, polled sheep with wonderful temperments and incredible fleece. They have the tiniest babies and produce soft, beautiful fiber. Shetliots are easy to maintain, hardy and lamb easily. We truly love these little sheep!
Ram:
Pippin is our Shetliot ram. He is pure white. He is small and has stayed gentle and friendly. Pippin also produces beautiful fleece and healthy, correct lambs.
Ewes:
Chloe is a solid black ewe. She has a sweet temperment and produces beautiful, soft fiber. Chloe is a wonderful mother and lambs easily.
2012 Lamb:
Pearl was born 5-12-2012. She is a tiny, solid black ewe lamb. She is healthy and correct. Pippin is her sire and Chloe is her dam. Pearl is very sweet and loving. She is also available for sale at $300 and will be able to leave after weaning this summer. She will be a perfect pet at a hobby farm where she is sure to produce fine wool.
